Is Opposite Lock steering right as your car slides left, ie drift/skid correction, or is it having a Limited Slip that allows you to drift?
Also whats the conversion rate on a "dab" of Oppo?
Sorry for newness, and have some wallpapers for your time
What kind of car is this? ^
Edit: Thanks for your various answers

It references steering into a skid. If you are turning right and you slide the rear end, you would turn the wheel to the left to correct the skid. So being at opposite lock in that situation you would have the wheel turned all the way to the left at the end of the steering wheel's travel.

To answer your questions:
Opposite lock is to apply steering to the right to correct against oversteer while steering left or vice versa.
A dab is more than a smidgen, less than a schmear, and far less than a bucket.

Yes, that isn't too far off (opposite lock = counter steering). The Alfa? That's a TZ3 Stradale. Mechanicals of a Viper ACR-X, appearance by Bertone, all very desirable.

Well a dab could be considered just a minor correction to counter a skid, while whole lots of oppo is pretty much like the top image. You can correlate a dab to a minor steering angle and a whole lot of oppo meaning a huge steering angle. . . The easiest way to quantify this arbitrary measurement is by steering angle. But it is entirely subjective.

Watch Disney/Pixar's Cars. Doc Hudson is a master of opposite lock. Speaking of which, how is he not an Oppo mascot?

Oppo is when your car is pointed at the rock wall and you're steering for the cliff.

Oh and to answer the question regarding the LSD, it will help maintain equal amounts of power going to both wheels instead of being a pegleg doing a one wheel burnout. It makes the car easier to control during a slide rather than having an open diff and power going only to one wheel. That isn't to say drifting an open diff car is impossible, it just means that the LSD makes the car easier to control.
